近日，港姐張曉祺接受采訪否認(rèn)與周星馳“爺孫戀”，稱二人只是好朋友，在上次的聚會活動中并沒有簽保密協(xié)議，稱自己在周星馳面前有拍照，拍照是光明正大的，并非偷拍，不過卻承認(rèn)星爺有說過不讓傳出去，畢竟是朋友聚會。

今年8月份的時候，港媒報道稱周星馳正在追求17歲的落選港姐張曉祺。知情者透露，周星馳第一次見面就看上了對方，在派對上主動搭訕，互相留了聯(lián)系方式。 近日，有媒體拍到周星馳與張曉祺出海游玩，兩人并排坐在游艇后排，不時耳語，頗為親密，隨后兩人還拿著水管互相噴，玩得十分開心。港媒透露，周星馳是在一場富豪派對中與張曉祺相識，繼而展開猛烈追求。

周星馳方隨后就否認(rèn)了戀情并且表示和女方張曉祺并不熟悉因為當(dāng)天游玩的人有很多，還說女方張曉祺炒作，過了幾天周星馳向此前與自己傳緋聞的港姐張曉祺（Ukei）發(fā)出律師信，表示有人違反保密協(xié)議，并要求對方盡快刪除相關(guān)照片并承諾不再發(fā)布，否則采取法律行動。
